Biola University
Why did you choose Biola University?
Biola University is the perfect fit for me for my academic and baseball career. Biola is a strong Divison 2 program with a great coaching staff headed by Coach Rodgers.
Biola is a strong Christian university consistent with my faith and background as a Christian student athlete at Calvary Chapel high school.
In addition, Biola is a local Orange County university close to my home and family. They have an outstanding baseball tradition and I look forward to the challenge of competing at the next level.
What makes you excited about your future in college?
Just the opportunity to test my skills at a higher level. I love to compete and challenge myself to grow as a baseball athlete and that makes me excited for the future.
Why would you recommend SportsForce to other student-athletes or parents?
Trying to do this on your own is time-consuming and the path is sometimes confusing and difficult. Also, the college coaches really don’t know you personally and by working through an advisor at SportsForce, they can bridge that gap of communication between the athlete and the college coaches.
What was your recruiting journey like before SportsForce?
I established social media accounts and reached out to college programs and coaches. I posted my highlights on social media. I also attended a few showcases and college prospect camps.
What did your personal recruiting advisor do that made a significant impact?
Ryan Thompson consistently communicated with college coaches about me and his other Sportsforce clients. He helped me put together my profile and advised me throughout the recruiting process.
Coach Ryan also doubled as my travel team coach so that helped expose me to potential college opportunities.
